Prototyping

Prototyping is second nature to Racar. We have designers and engineers with experience in rapid-prototyping micro-parts to high-quality full scale model making.

Racar can select the best rapid-prototyping methods, from the most accurate required model using VIPER SLA, to full scale vehicles or boat models. We have fantastic relationships with RP houses which offer different expertise and because we know how to engineer for prototyping, we cut out the unknowns of a large prototype job. This can reduce risk and additional costs.

Racar can provide:

• Viper SLA machine for rapid prototyping, as well as conventional SLA & CNC milling machined components
• Vehicle buck builds in foam, clay, GRP, Carbon Fiber and steel panels
• Traditional model making
• Vacum casting and assembly
